Project 02 – 5C Models

Due to the spread of the global virus, some students have to take online lessons in their own homes. There will be all kinds of things in online classes, so I will investigate the pain points of the groups around me, that is, Chinese students in online classes.

INSIGHT

Through observation, I found a lot of problems, such as Chinese students do not like to use the camera to communicate. After turning on the camera, parents will accidentally break into the camera, causing inconvenience to us in class.

Another example is a friend of mine who has another computer next to him during class. Because he doesn’t turn on the camera, he can play games as he pleases next to him.

It can be seen that for online courses, the satisfaction of most Chinese students is between 1-3. Because Chinese students are introverted, online courses can reduce their learning efficiency.
