After I saw the video, there were some tips that I did for the video.
1. Maintain empathy during the design process.
Feel the thoughts and emotions of others, understand their positions and feelings, and stand in their perspective of thinking and dealing with problems.
Tiktok, as an app in the short video field not long ago, has its own reasons for leaping to the top of the short video field in a very short time. First of all, tiktok’s user learning costs are extremely low. The first time you open the product, there is a “swipe to see more” interactive prompt. There is no extra action, you just need to keep swiping. Secondly, tiktok’s login operation is not reliable. If it is not necessary, tiktok can always be “swiped” as a tourist indefinitely.
2. Teasing the issue while maintaining value.Be willing to try new things.
As Tracy Ma said:Oh! Let’s try this new thing,when she had a new idea, and found it out ,the air was filling with exciting.“I’d kind of reached a summit, or a plateau rather, and I just needed to learn new things.”
3. Understand the needs of the group and develop the design. For the group, put forward design solutions, so that the design is no longer limited to visual beauty, but more practical.
We need to systematically understand the environment, discover user needs, and design the touchpoints that provide a better service experience. For example, in the case of a health care service design, to improve the experience that a health care system provides to the end user, multiple aspects are considered. These include different types of user groups, different health providers, and different front and back end interfaces.
Design is ultimately about serving humanity.
